These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern the purchase of products from PLAST (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://www.plastbeauty.com (the “Site”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

1. Company Information

PLAST is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New York. Our skincare products are sold exclusively online within the United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state to make a purchase. Sales are limited to U.S. customers only.

3. Products

All products are for cosmetic use only. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee that content on the Site is error-free.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by PLAST. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, resale activity, or availability issues. An order is accepted once a confirmation email is sent.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify
By completing a purchase, you authorise Shopify to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.

We do not store or process full payment card information. Payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security and compliance standards.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact info@plastbeauty.com prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorised chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, or misuse of payment methods may result in order cancellation and restricted future purchases.

7. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment is transferred to the carrier.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, errors, or data handling practices of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAST LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
